Affiliate programme terms

These terms govern participation in the Diary of a Bipolar Mind affiliate programme. Approval is discretionary and may be withdrawn where these terms are breached.

Commission

Approved affiliates earn 30% of the net digital book sale value for qualifying purchases attributed to their active referral link. Net sale value excludes taxes, discounts not funded by the seller, refunds and chargebacks. Warriors membership is excluded unless a separate written campaign says otherwise.

Attribution

A qualifying sale must be completed after a valid referral visit within the tracking window. Self-referrals, duplicate orders, fraudulent activity and purchases that cannot be reliably attributed do not qualify. The programme ledger is the record used for reconciliation.

Promotion standards

Affiliates must identify commercial relationships clearly, follow applicable advertising rules and use only accurate statements. Affiliates must not promise health outcomes, present the book as treatment, target people in crisis, impersonate the author or brand, use unsolicited bulk messages, bid on protected brand terms, or publish discriminatory, abusive or misleading content.

Payouts and adjustments

Earned commission becomes payable after the relevant refund and chargeback window. Payment details and the payout schedule are confirmed during approval. Reversed orders reverse the corresponding commission. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations.

Ending participation

Either party may end participation. Active links can be disabled immediately for safety, fraud, brand harm or legal risk. Valid commission already earned remains subject to normal reconciliation.
